Abstract:
Provided are a filtration device and a filtration method that make it possible to filter a desired amount of a liquid. This filtration device is provided with: a container comprising a space that has a variable capacity and that is used to accommodate a liquid containing an object to be filtered; a flow path member having formed in the interior thereof a flow path and an opening that is provided at an intermediate location in the flow path in a direction interesting the direction in which the flow path extends, said flow path member comprising an attachment section to which the container is attached and by which the space in the container and the flow path are connected; and a filtration filter attached to the interior of the flow path member and positioned in the opening.
