Abstract:
This filtration device comprises: a filter (10); and a flow path member (20) provided with a flow path (24-26) having an inlet (20a) and an outlet (20b), the flow path member (20) retaining the filter disposed in the flow path. The inlet (20a) has a first flow path cross-sectional area (S1). The flow path (24-26) has a first flow path (24) in which the flow path cross-sectional area increases from the inlet (20a) toward the filter (10), and a second flow path (25) provided so as to have a fixed second flow path cross-sectional area (S2) from the first flow path (24) toward the filter (10), at positions on the upstream side of the filter (10). The second flow path cross-sectional area (S2) is greater than the first flow path cross-sectional area (S1). The second flow path length (L2) of the second flow path (25) is greater than the first flow path length (L1) of the first flow path (24).
