Abstract:
Provided is a filtration device which has a backwashing-type main filter and a sub-filter, and stabilizes the flow rate of filtered liquid flowing out from the main filter. This filtration device W1 includes: piping 42 that causes liquid in a storage tank 1 to flow into a main filter A, and causes the liquid filtered from the main filter A to flow out; piping 43 that causes liquid in the storage tank 1 to flow into a sub-filter B, and causes the liquid filtered from the sub-filter B to flow out; and piping 47 for causing backwash liquid flowing out from the main filter A to flow into the sub-filter B. The sub-filter B is configured to filter the backwash liquid flowing therein through the piping 47. The piping 47 is provided with a flow rate control unit 100 that changes the size of a flow path through which the liquid passes in accordance with a pressure difference between the pressure on the side of the main filter A and the pressure on the side of the sub-filter B. The flow rate control unit 100 is configured such that the flow path is wider and larger as the pressure difference becomes smaller, and the flow path is narrower and smaller as the pressure difference becomes larger.
