The present application provides a fin and a heat exchanger provided with same. The fin comprises a first connecting section, a second connecting section, and a third connecting section, wherein the second connecting section is disposed between the first connecting section and the third connecting section, the second connecting section is used for being bent, the second connecting section is provided with a first connecting end and a second connecting end which are oppositely provided, and the first connecting end is disposed on the side of the second connecting end away from the third connecting section; the extension direction from the first connecting end to the second connecting end is the length direction of the second connecting section; and in the length direction of the second connecting section, the second connecting section can be bent and deformed, so that the second connecting section of a straight strip structure is of an arc-shaped strip structure after being bent. By means of the technical solution provided by the present application, the technical problem that in the prior art, fins are inconvenient to bend can be solved.
