Abstract:
A fin stabilizer raising and lowering apparatus, and a research vessel. The fin stabilizer raising and lowering apparatus comprises an enclosure (1), a fin stabilizer (2) and a locking mechanism (3). A partition plate (11) is vertically arranged in the enclosure (1), and the partition plate (11) is configured to divide the enclosure (1) into a operating chamber (12) and a maintenance chamber (13). The bottom of the operating chamber (12) is provided with an opening. A bottom plate is disposed at the bottom of the maintenance chamber (13), the bottom plate being configured to seal the bottom of the maintenance chamber (13); the fin stabilizer (2) is slidably disposed in the operating chamber (12) along the vertical direction, and the bottom of the fin stabilizer (2) can extend out of the operating chamber (12) via the opening; the locking mechanism (3) is disposed in the maintenance chamber (13), and a locking end of the locking mechanism (3) is configured to pass through the partition plate (11) to lock the fin stabilizer (2) in a working position. A research vessel having the present fin stabilizer raising and lowering apparatus disposed in the middle of the ship body can isolate seawater from a sensor and the locking mechanism, preventing faults caused by seawater corrosion of the sensor and the locking mechanism, and improving safety of the research process.
