Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fine-bubble supply device for supplying bubbles and a fine-bubble supply method, and more specifically, to a fine-bubble supply device for supplying bubbles and a fine-bubble supply method, in which fine bubbles can be supplied to water that is stored in a water tank for fish and shellfish or water-cultured vegetables. The invention provides a fine-bubble supply device for supplying bubbles and a fine-bubble supply method that enable: liquefied oxygen which is used during the distribution of fish and shellfish to be replaced; the dissolved oxygen content in water to be increased; and an antiseptic effect to be achieved by dissolving buoyant organic matters or underwater harmful materials.
