Title:
FINE COATED COPPER PARTICLES AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/043399
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are fine coated copper particles, which are fine, have a narrow particle size distribution, and can be sintered at low temperatures, while having excellent storage stability. Specifically provided is a method for producing fine coated copper particles, which is characterized by comprising: a step wherein a reducing compound and a compound that contains copper are mixed, so that a composite compound that is capable of producing copper by being thermally decomposed in an alkyl amine is produced; and a step wherein the composite compound is heated in an alkyl amine, so that fine copper particles coated with the alkyl amine are produced.
