Abstract:
In order to overcome the disadvantages in the prior art that a crusher provided with a double eccentric shaft has a complex structure, has high requirements for raw materials and has low crushing efficiency, a fine-crushing jaw crusher is provided and comprises a frame (1), a crank and rocker mechanism (2), an adjustment base (3), a fixed jaw plate (4), and a movable jaw plate (5); the crank and rocker mechanism (2) comprises an eccentric shaft (6) and a moving jaw (7); one end of the moving jaw (7) is pivotally connected to the eccentric shaft (6); the movable jaw plate (5) is provided on the moving jaw (7); the fixed jaw plate (4) is fixedly provided on the frame (1); circular arc teeth (9) arranged in a vertical direction are provided on the surfaces of the movable jaw plate (5) and the fixed jaw plate (4); convex peaks (10) and concave valleys (11) of the circular arc teeth (9) of the fixed jaw plate (4) and the movable jaw plate (5) are deeply staggered and confront each other so as to form a crushing cavity having a wave-shaped structure in the cross section. The single eccentric shaft (6) is provided, causing that the crusher has a simple structure, and being able to improve the efficacy of the crusher during use; the shape of the tail end of the movable jaw plate (5) is changed, increasing the crushing effect of the crusher; and the longer the parallel length of the crusher cavity of the crusher, the finer the material discharged from the crusher.
