Abstract:
A fine particle filter device according to an embodiment of the present invention is a device for filtering out fine particles contained in a fluid and comprises: a direction controller which is disposed on a movement path of the fluid, and is configured to provide an electric field to the fine particles such that a moving direction of the fine particles becomes different from a moving direction of the fluid; a capturing filter which is disposed on a movement path of some fluids including the fine particles of which the moving direction is changed and the fine particles in the fluid, and filters out the fine particles; a first guide which is disposed between the capturing filter and the direction controller, and guides the fine particles and some fluids to move toward the capturing filter; and a second guide which is disposed on the movement path of the fluid, and guides the remaining fluids, except for some fluids in the fluid, to move in a direction different from the moving direction of the fine particles.
