Abstract:
A fine particles generating system (22) which comprises a metal holding section (30) for containing magnesium (26) therein, a cylindrical portion (32) for supplying an argon gas to the magnesium (26), an argon gas flow controlling section (34) for controlling the flow of the argon gas to be supplied to the cylindrical portion (32), and an argon gas heating and controlling section (36) for heating the argon gas to be supplied to the cylindrical portion (32) to a predetermined temperature.
