Abstract:
A fine particle treatment device which includes a substrate and at least one path. The substrate has a central area and may rotate with respect to the central area. The path is provided to the substrate and extended from the central area in the radial direction. The path conveys fluid including fine particles from an input end to an output end using the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the substrate. A collecting area is formed between the input end and the output end of the path and has variable sectional area shapes for collecting the fine particles.
