Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fine pattern film having an antireflection layer providing a sufficient amount of transmitted light for an element as a whole. A fine pattern film (10) has a fine pattern (2) on at least one surface of a substrate (1), and has an antireflection layer (3) on a surface on the fine pattern side or on the side opposite to the fine pattern. The fine pattern film is characterized in that, on the assumption that the antireflection layer has been formed on a flat surface with a refractive index of 1.4-1.6, with respect to a reflectance R(λ, θ) when light with an incidence angle θ and a wavelength λ is incident on the antireflection layer, in a simple average Rave(θ)(formula 1) of the reflectance R(λ, θ) when the wavelength λ is in the range of 400-700 nm inclusive, an angle θmin at which the Rave(θ) becomes minimum and the minimum value Rave(θmin) satisfy (formula 2) and (formula 3).

(Formula 3): 20°≤θmin≤40°
