Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a variable capacitor and a finely movable mechanism having a large variable range. [Solution] This finely movable mechanism (1) is characterized by being provided with a first movable unit (20) which is arranged at an interval from a fixed unit (10), a link unit (40) coupled to a first coupling unit (21), a second movable unit (30) provided with a second coupling unit (31), and a fulcrum unit (50), wherein the link unit (40) is provided so as to allow rotation with the fulcrum unit (50) as fulcrum and is provided in such a position that the distance between the second coupling unit (31) and the fulcrum unit (50) is longer than the distance between the first coupling unit (21) and the fulcrum unit (50).
