Abstract:
A finger cutter, wherein tip blade parts (16a) in the blade part area (16) of a replacement blade (15) projected in the outer radial direction of a body (11) at a plurality of positions in the outer peripheral direction thereof are formed of a steel material with high hardness as blade members forming cutting edge ridges, base side blade parts (16b) as the other portions are formed of a steel material with a toughness higher than that of the tip blade parts, and the steel material with high hardness forming the tip blade parts and the steel material with high toughness forming the base side blade parts are continuously connected to each other by forge welding, whereby a wear resistance can be increased by the tip blade parts and a chipping resistance can be increased by the base side blade parts.
