Abstract:
The present invention relates to a kitchen knife, and the kitchen knife for protecting a finger, according to the present invention, comprises: a knife having a coupling portion protruding to the upper side thereof in a handle part; a lever member which is coupled to the coupling portion through a pin so as to rotate around the pin, and which has a guide groove formed on the outer side thereof; a moving roller coupled to the inside of the guide groove;
and a protection cover member connected to the moving roller and having a recessed finger fixing part formed therein.
