Claims:
CLAIMS

1 The invention is a finger protector apparatus (1 ), protecting the fingers of persons during the cutting applications with knives or other similar tools in the kitchen of houses or offices its feature is;

- it contains a middle finger module (4) which can be wear and it can be also used by taking the apparatus (1 ) to the middle finger,

- Near the middle finger module (4) it contains an index finger module (5) possessing a shield form protecting the index finger,

- Near the middle finger module (4) it contains a ring finger module (3) possessing a shield form protecting the ring finger,

- Near the ring finger module (3) it is characterized to contain a little finger module (2) possessing a shield form protecting the little finger,

2 According to claim 1 , it is a finger protector apparatus (1 ); It contains a form axis (6) providing a form to the apparatus (1 ) to localize fingers in the modules (2, 3, 4, 5) for a suitable angle to cut and chop.

3 According to claim 1 , it is a finger protector apparatus (1 ); it contains a metal skeleton (12) in the plastic veneer (1 1 ) to protect fingers against the knives and other sharp objects.

4 According to claim 1 , it is a finger protector apparatus (1 ); it contains a plastic coating (11 ) produced by polypropylene material enveloped around the metal skeleton (12).

5 According to claim 1 , it is a finger protector apparatus (1 ); middle finger module (4) contains a cavity (41 ) in which the finger can enter.

6- According to claim 1 , it is a finger protector apparatus (1 ); By help of the elastic area (42) middle finger module (4) is compatible with other different size middle fingers and fix the middle finger (4) by wrapping the module hardly. 7- According to claim 1 , it is a finger protector apparatus (1 ); It contains a module tip (43) produced from elastic material not containing a metal skeleton (12) in direct contact with the cut or chopped products, the area that middle finger is leaned.

8- According to claim 1 , it is a finger protector apparatus (1 ); elastic material used in module tip (43) and in elastic area (42) is elastomer.

Description:
A FINGER PROTECTOR APPARATUS Technological field:

The invention is related in an apparatus to protect the fingers of persons using knives and other sharp objects in the kitchens of house or offices. Actual state of the technique

By the development of technology, kitchen equipment includes developments oriented to carry high speed and performance characteristics. The cutting speed and performances of knives and similar cutting tools, which are a kitchen equipment, are improved so that people can perform cutting and chopping processes in the kitchen in a faster and more practical way. However, the sharpness of the knives and similar cutting tools can cause people to be injured by cutting their fingers. The invention, subject of the instruction book, is related in a finger protector that protects fingers from cuts and similar hazards, allowing them to perform cutting and chopping more quickly and safely.

In the technical we know, persons working in the kitchen do not use any protector for their fingers. For this reason, subject persons can easily cut their fingers with the slightest carelessness. Professional kitchen workers, to avoid this situation, aims to prevent possible accidents by a style: Fingertips are back and knuckles are in front, this is the hand that is not make the cutting (support hand holding the object). But As the working time increases in the kitchen, fatigue and carelessness begin. Whenever these persons are professional they can cut their fingers.

In the literature research, Turkish patent document numbered 2017/1 1696 was encountered. In the aforementioned document it was said that“Band passed to fingers is composed with a material solid and liquid to prevent material transition between food and finger. The band has a rough surface which provides an easiness of hold. Leaving the rear part open allows for more subtle, economical and practical use. Rubber at the tail end provides a clutch adjustment suitable for each finger volume.”

In the mentioned T urkish patent document numbered 2017/11696, as a result of consumption of food by hand, It was described a protector band to prevent the fouling of the hand and to not not get any sticky or greasy feeling. In subject document, It is not said a definition to protect fingers from knives and similar cutting tools.

As a result, we need a finger protector apparatus going beyond the actual state of the technique related in cutting and chopping realized in the kitchen and removing its disadvantages.

Brief Description of the Invention:

The invention is a finger protector apparatus containing extra added features going beyond the actual state of the technique and removing its disadvantages.

The aim of the invention is related to a new finger protector apparatus preventing to damage fingers in the kitchen by doing cutting and chopping with knives and similar tools.

Another aim of the invention is to reveal a new finger protector that users will wear to their middle finger during the cutting and chopping process, but they will protect all their fingers. Another aim of the invention is to reveal a new finger protector that the persons kept their finger in the most appropriate angle and form to cut. Another aim of the invention is to reveal a new finger protector clutching the finger hardly and yawningly which can be used in different hand and finger sizes.

Another aim of the invention is to reveal a new finger which can be designed for right or left handed persons.

The above mentioned invention is characterized to realize all the purposes here below: This is a finger protector apparatus to protect people in the operations with the knives and other cutting tools in the kitchen of houses or offices. The user can wear it to its middle finger so it has a middle finger module, near the middle finger module it has a index finger module by a form of shield protecting the index finger, at the other side of the middle finger module it has a ring finger module by a form of shield protecting the index finger, near the ring finger module, it has a little finger module by a form of shield protecting the ring finger.

Another feature of the invention is that contain a form axis giving a form to the apparatus to assure that the finger be situated at a proper angle to cut and chop operations in the modules.

Another feature of the invention is that contain a metal skeleton in plastic veneer to protect fingers against the knife and similar cutting tools.

Another feature of the invention is that contain a plastic veneer produced from polypropylene material surrounded to metal skeleton.

Another feature of the invention is that contain an emptiness having an openness ensuring the finger to enter to the middle finger module.

Another feature of the invention is that contain an elastic area which is elastic. This area ensures the finger to be wrapped by middle finger module and to be complied with fingers of different sizes. Another feature of the invention is that contain a module tip produced from elastic material directly in contact with cut or chopped products which is an area that the tip of middle finger leaned.

Another feature of the invention is that the elastic material used in the tip of the module and elastic area is elastomer.

The invention will be explained with reference to the attached figures so features of the invention will be better understood but, the purpose of this is not to limit the invention by these regulations. On the contrary, It is also intended to encompass all alternative, modification and equivalents which may be included within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. It must be understood that they were presented in an effort to provide the easy and useful definition of conceptual features and rules of the invention and formalizing the methods. Disclosure of the Invention:

In this detailed explication, the finger protector apparatus, subject of the invention (1 ) is explained to better understand with the examples by not constituting any limiting effects. In the instruction book, It is described an apparatus (1 ) to protect fingers of persons in the kitchen of houses and offices to be used in cutting and chopping applications with knives and similar cutting tools.

In the image 1 , it is given the perspective view showing front surface of the finger protector apparatus (1 ) subject of the invention. Finger protector (1 ) is an apparatus which can be wear on middle finger protecting the other fingers. Finger protector apparatus (1 ), contain a middle finger module (4) which can be wear from middle finger. Middle finger module (4) nearby, index finger module (5) protecting index finger module (5), next to it little finger and little finger module (2) protecting the ring finger (3). Subject middle finger module (4) is a protector module which can be wear as a finger form, the modules (2,3,5) oriented to little finger, ring finger and index finger (2,3,5) are like a shield and possess the form of the matched fingers. Middle finger module (4), contain a cavity (41 ) that middle finger can enter. On the lower surface (43), it lodges the module tip that the finger tip fits. With an axial form passing by the middle section of the finger protector (1 ) modules (2, 3, 4, 5); it provides the best style to use a knife. The angle between the up and down of the form axis (6), it is calibrated according to the angle of fingers positioning of professionals during the cutting.

In image 2, it is given back face view of the finger protector apparatus (1 ) subject of the invention. Middle finger module (4) of finger protector apparatus (1 ) contain an elastic area (42) at back face. By help of the elastic area (42) middle finger module (4) is compatible with other different size middle fingers and fix the middle finger by wrapping the module hardly.

In the image 3, you can see the view from front of the finger protector apparatus (1 ) subject of the invention. According to the view from the finger protector (1 ) consist of little finger module (2), ring finger module (3) middle finger module (4) index finger module (5) and form axis passing by their middle. In the image 3, we reach to the view at the image 4 when we look from the crossing A-A.

In the image 4, there are the crossing view of the finger protector apparatus (1 ) and detailed view of B in the crossing view. According to detailed view, finger protector (1 ) contains a metal skeleton (12) a coated plastic veneer (1 1 ) In the invention, little finger module (2), ring finger module (3), index finger module (4) and index finger module (5) are composed from metal skeleton (12) There is no metal skeleton (12) in the elastic area (42) at back face of the middle finger module (4) and at the module tip (43) of the middle finger module. Around of the metal skeleton (12) is covered by plastic veneer (11 ). Plastic used in plastic veneer (11 ) is hard and resistant plastic. Middle finger module (4) in the elastic area (42) of its back face and middle finger module (4) in the module tip (43) have an elastic plastic to be wear. In the invention, plastic polypropylene (PP) is chose as a material used in plastic veneer (1 1 ) But all plastics with good resistance and hardness could be use. In the elastic area (42) of the middle finger module (4) and in module tip (43), the material to use is preferred as elastomer. But other plastics with high elasticity can also be used. Used materials have no importance.
