Abstract:
Provided are a fingerprint entry method, apparatus, and terminal device, comprising: according to the image quality of a user's current fingerprint image currently captured and the image quality of the user's historical fingerprint image previously captured, determining whether the amplitude of fluctuation in the image quality of the user's fingerprint image exceeds a preset image quality fluctuation threshold or image quality fluctuation threshold range; if it does not exceed, then entering said current fingerprint image into a fingerprint database.
