Abstract:
Provided are a fingerprint imaging system, a fingerprint imaging device, an image processing device, a fingerprint imaging method, and a recording medium with which it is possible to acquire a high-quality fingerprint image. The fingerprint imaging system has: an imaging unit for capturing an image of a fingerprint; an image processing unit for processing a fingerprint image that is captured by the imaging unit and transferred to the image processing unit; a display unit for displaying the fingerprint image transferred to the image processing unit; a storage unit with which the fingerprint image transferred to the image processing unit is stored by the image processing unit; an instruction unit for inputting, to the image processing unit, a storage instruction that instructs the image processing unit to store the fingerprint image in the storage unit. The image processing unit stores, in the storage unit, the fingerprint image that is displayed on the display unit when the storage instruction is inputted by the instruction unit.
