Abstract:
Provided are a fingerprint recognition apparatus and a terminal. The fingerprint recognition apparatus is applied to a terminal having a liquid crystal display (LCD) touch screen, and specifically comprises: a reflecting assembly and a fingerprint sensing assembly; the reflecting assembly is provided below a fingerprint recognition area of the LCD touch screen, and the fingerprint sensing assembly is provided below the LCD touch screen, and is located in a reflecting area of the reflecting assembly; first reflected light reflected by touching an object of the fingerprint recognition area or transmitted light sequentially passing through the object and the fingerprint recognition area is reflected by the reflecting assembly and forms second reflected light, which is radiated onto the fingerprint sensing assembly. According to the present application, reflected light reflected by touching an object of a fingerprint recognition area or transmitted light passing through the object is reflected to the fingerprint sensing assembly by means of a reflecting assembly located below a screen, so that a fingerprint sensing assembly obtains a fingerprint image according to obtained fingerprint imaging light, thereby yielding a fingerprint recognition effect.
