Abstract:
A fingerprint recognition element, fingerprint recognition method, display component and display device. The fingerprint recognition element comprises a plurality of fingerprint recognition units (1) arranged in a matrix; a plurality of scan lines (2) corresponding and electrically connected to rows of the fingerprint recognition units (1); and a plurality of fingerprint recognition reading lines (3) corresponding and electrically connected to columns of the fingerprint recognition units (1), and isolated from the plurality of scan lines (2). Each of the fingerprint recognition units (1) comprises a first thin-film transistor (11) and a second thin-film transistor (12). The first thin-film transistor (11) is a light-sensitive thin-film transistor, and the second thin-film transistor (12) is a switching thin-film transistor. The first thin-film transistor (11) of each of the fingerprint recognition units (1) comprises a gate (11a) and a source (11b) connected to a predefined voltage, and comprises a drain (11c) electrically connected to a drain (12c) of the second thin-film transistor (12) in the fingerprint recognition units (1). The second thin-film transistors (12) of a row of the fingerprint recognition units (1) comprise gates (12a) electrically connected to the scan line corresponding to the row of the fingerprint recognition units (1), and the second thin-film transistors (12) of a column of the fingerprint recognition units (1) comprise sources (12b) electrically connected to the fingerprint recognition reading line (3) corresponding to the column of the fingerprint recognition units (1). In the structure disclosed in the embodiment, it is not required to arrange signal lines to have a one-to-one correspondence with the fingerprint recognition units (1), reducing wire routing of the fingerprint recognition element and simplifying a structure of the fingerprint recognition element.
