Abstract:
A fingerprint recognition method and device, used for increasing a fingerprint recognition rate. The method comprises: a processor obtains first fingerprint information collected by a collector (101), and determines whether the first fingerprint information matches stored template fingerprint information (102); if not, the processor obtains second fingerprint information collected by the collector (103), combines the second fingerprint information with the first fingerprint information so as to form third fingerprint information (104), and determines whether the third fingerprint information matches the template fingerprint information (105); if so, the processor determines that fingerprint recognition is successful (106). The method superposes fingerprint information collected at different times within a single collection process, and then performs matching with template fingerprint information, thereby increasing the fingerprint recognition rate.
