Abstract:
Disclosed are a fingerprint recognizer, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. Because a first conductive connection part (5) is provided between a drain (21) of a thin film transistor (2) and a photosensitive part (4), the photosensitive part (4) is connected to the drain (21) of the thin film transistor (2) by means of the first conductive connection part (5). Even if a first via hole formed in an insulating layer may cause the surface of the drain to be rough, because the first conductive connection part is electrically connected to the photosensitive part and the surface of the first conductive connection part is smooth, forming of a first via hole in the insulating layer does not affect the optical characteristics of the photosensitive part, so that the performance of the fingerprint recognizer is improved.
