Abstract:

A fingerprint recording method and device. The method comprise: receiving a fingerprint detection command, and obtaining prestored sample fingerprint data comprising a subset of a complete fingerprint data set (S102); continuously collecting, by a fingerprint sensor, target fingerprint data (S104); determining whether the collected target fingerprint data matches with the sample fingerprint data (S106); if not, buffering the collected target fingerprint data as expanded fingerprint data, and executing the step of continuously collecting, by the fingerprint sensor, the target fingerprint data (S108); and if so, passing a check, and combining the buffered expanded fingerprint data into the sample fingerprint data (S110). The fingerprint recording method and device simplify a process of recording sample fingerprint data, enhancing ease of use.
