Abstract:
A fingerprint sensing apparatus and a terminal device. The fingerprint sensing apparatus comprises a fingerprint identification chip (10), a printed circuit board (20) and a metal outer ring (30). The fingerprint identification chip (10) is provided with a capacitive button channel pin (11). The printed circuit board (20) is provided with a welding pad area (C). The welding pad area (C) is electrically connected to the capacitive button channel pin (11).
