Abstract:
A fingerprint verification-based authorization device and method, the device comprising a radio frequency card reader (1), a fingerprint collecting device (2), a control circuit (3) and a switch device (4). The radio frequency card reader (1), the fingerprint collecting device (2) and the switch device (4) are respectively connected with the control circuit (3); the radio frequency card reader (1) is configured to read fingerprint data as stored in a radio frequency card and transmit the read fingerprint data to the control circuit (3) for temporary storage; the fingerprint collecting device (2) is configured to collect fingerprint data of a user and transmit the collected fingerprint data to the control circuit (3); the control circuit (3) is configured to compare the fingerprint data read by the radio frequency card reader (1) and the fingerprint data collected by the fingerprint collecting device (2), and according to a fingerprint data comparison result, control an action of the switch device (4); and the switch device (4) is configured to carry out a corresponding action when the fingerprint data comparison result is deemed successful.
