Abstract:
A finned heat exchange system, comprising a heat dissipation cavity, fins (1), an air guiding structure (2) and a base (4); the heat dissipation cavity is isolated from the outside, and the fins (1) and the air guiding structure (2) are all connected to the base; and the air guiding structure (2) and the fins (1) are in communication with the heat dissipation cavity by means of the base (4) so as to dissipate heat in the heat dissipation cavity. After mounting the finned (1) heat exchange system inside a device to be cooled, when the device to be cooled generates heat, the heat enters the air guiding structure (2) from the heat dissipation cavity and is dissipated by means of the fins (1); and during the heat dissipation, the heat dissipation cavity and the air guiding structure (2) can form a circulation channel to increase the heat exchange area and improve the heat exchange efficiency, and thus the finned (1) heat exchange system can prolong the life of the device to be cooled.
