Abstract:
A finned radiator with a special-shaped oil channel, comprising an oil inlet pipe, an oil return pipe, and a group of heat radiating fins. The group of heat radiating fins each consist of front and back heat radiating plates. The front and back heat radiating plates match each other face to face, and the edge parts on the periphery are welded as a whole. The upper part of a heat radiating oil channel communicates with a heat radiating fin oil inlet cavity, and the lower part of the heat radiating oil channel communicates with a heat radiating fin oil return cavity. The heat radiating fin oil inlet cavity communicates with the oil inlet pipe, and the heat radiating fin oil return cavity communicates with the oil return pipe. The characteristics are: front and back heat radiating plates are connected with each other by welding points in a region corresponding to a heat radiating oil channel; a plurality of horizontal columns of the welding points which are distributed at intervals from top to bottom are provided; the welding points on each horizontal column are arranged at intervals; the positions of the welding points on the upper and lower adjacent horizontal columns are staggered, so that an irregular special-shaped oil channel is formed by means of the welding points. By forming a heat radiating oil channel into an irregular special-shaped oil channel by means of welding points, oil liquid in the heat radiating oil channel can form secondary flow and a hot oil boundary layer is damaged so as to decrease a heat transfer coefficient.
