Abstract:
The present invention relates to fire detectors linked by a mesh network and a method for installing the fire detectors, and in particular, to: fire detectors linked by a mesh network, a fire detector including a communication unit which communicates with other fire detectors and a control unit which is linked P2P with the other fire detectors through the communication unit to form a mesh network and shares information about a fire situation; and a method for installing the fire detectors. The fire detector can include a detection unit which detects the outbreak of a fire; a notification unit which notifies a user of the outbreak of a fire detected by the detection unit; the communication unit which communicates with the other fire detectors; and the control unit which is linked P2P with the other fire detectors through the communication unit to form the mesh network and shares the information about the fire situation.
