Abstract:
A lightweight, transportable fire extinguisher (1) comprising a container (2)
for pressure source fluid able to store compressed air, containers (3, 4) for
fire extinguishing agent able to store fire extinguishing agent, a conduit (5)for
pressure source fluid connected with the container(2) for pressure source fluid
and the containers (3, 4) for fire extinguishing agent and introducing compressed
air stored in the container(2) for pressure source fluid to the containers (3,
4) for fire extinguishing agent, a valve (6) provided in the conduit (5) for pressure
source fluid and reducing the pressure of compressed air flowing downward through
the conduit for pressure source fluid, a discharge means (7) for discharging fire
extinguishing agent stored in the containers (3, 4) for fire extinguishing agent,
and a conduit (8) connected with the containers (3, 4) for fire extinguishing agent
and the discharge means (7) and introducing fire extinguishing agent stored in
the containers (3, 4) for fire extinguishing agent to the discharge means (7).
