Abstract:
A fire extinguishing bomb and a launching system thereof, comprising a fire extinguishing part (2) and a propelling part (3) which are connected to each other. The propelling part (3) comprises a storage bin filled with liquid or a fire extinguishing agent. By compressing the volume of the storage bin, or compressing the volume occupied by the liquid or the fire extinguishing agent, the liquid or the fire extinguishing agent is driven to be sprayed to the outside of the propelling part (3) by means of a spraying opening of the storage bin, so that the fire extinguishing bomb is pushed to move forwards. According to the fire extinguishing bomb, a water spraying propelling device is used to replace gunpowder to push the fire extinguishing bomb to move forwards, so that the risk that the fire extinguishing bomb becomes a secondary fire source is reduced. By adoption of a gravity launch air ignition mode, the impact interference on an unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced to the maximum extent. The launching method comprises: after the unmanned aerial vehicle adjusts its position to aim at a target, the unmanned aerial vehicle depends on gravity to launch the fire extinguishing bomb; after the fire extinguishing bomb falls in the air for a certain time, a time delay triggering mechanism triggers the water spraying propelling device, and the fire extinguishing bomb flies to a fire source and finally completes a fire extinguishing operation.
