Disclosed is a fire extinguishing gas spray apparatus comprising a seal-breaking device, said seal-breaking device comprising: a housing that forms an outer circumference; a tank holder that is detachably attached to the mouth portion of a gas tank which is filled with fire extinguishing gas and sealed with a seal plate, the tank holder having a through hole formed upon the interior; a needle tube capable of sliding in the through hole and of breaking the seal plate by way of a protrusion part disposed upon the lower end part thereof; and a connecting hole capable of communicating with the needle tube, the through hole, and a nozzle hole that opens upon the exterior. The housing is formed of a translucent member that is either transparent or semi-transparent, and a plurality of lights are positioned upon the interior of the housing to be capable of either blinking or being lit. The present configuration is capable of promptly alerting other people of trouble such as in a nighttime vehicle fire and vehicle collision or other emergency, ensuring an emergency response measure and safety thereof.
