Abstract:
A fire-preventing building integrating fresh air ventilation and air extracting for smoke discharge. The building comprises at least one vertical smoke discharge flue (1) provided in the building. At least one smoke discharge window (3) is provided in each independent room (2) on each floor of the building. Each smoke discharge window (3) comprises a smoke discharge window port (3-1) and a smoke discharge window door (3-2); the smoke discharge window ports (3-1) being communicated with the vertical smoke discharge flue (1). The vertical smoke discharge flue (1) protrudes from the top of the building and is provided with a forward- and reverse-rotating air blower (4) in the top section. The smoke discharge window ports (3-1) are horizontally arranged, the smoke discharge window doors (3-2) are vertically arranged, and the top portions of the smoke discharge window doors (3-2) are hinged to the smoke discharge window ports (3-1) by means of hinges (5). Fusible stop blocks (6) are provided on the bottom surfaces of the smoke discharge window ports (3-1), and the inner side surfaces of the bottom portions of the smoke discharge window doors (3-2) abut against the fusible stop blocks (6). The vertical smoke discharge flue (1) is made of a sheet metal material, the bottom portion of the vertical smoke discharge flue (1) is provided with a bottom plate (1a), the bottom plate (1a) is provided with a hole (1-1) and a hole cover (1-2), and the top portion of the vertical smoke discharge flue (1) is provided with a rain shade (1-3). The fire-preventing building can effectively prevent fire occurring in a room in the building from spreading around, and can introduce outdoor fresh air to rooms when no fire occurs in the building.
