A fire prevention apparatus is provided with: fire-extinguishing agent supply equipment for supplying an aqueous fire-extinguishing agent through a pipe; a charge dispersion head which is installed in a protected section and charges and disperses sprayed particles of fire-extinguishing agent supplied by means of the fire-extinguishing agent supply equipment; and a voltage application unit for applying a charged voltage to the charge dispersion head. The charge dispersion head is provided with: a nozzle for spraying fire-extinguishing agent into an external space; a fire-extinguishing agent-side electrode part which is disposed inside the nozzle in contact with the fire-extinguishing agent; a deflection and dispersion member which deflects the fire-extinguishing agent exiting the nozzle in any direction to form a thin-film flow and then splits and disperses this flow into particle group flows; and a dielectric electrode which is disposed in the region where the thin-film flow is split.
