Abstract:
The present invention provides a fire prevention battery pack comprising: a plurality of battery cells; a first resin member having an accommodation hole in which the battery cells are accommodated; a pair of electrode connection members electrically connected to positive and negative electrodes of the battery cells while being laminated on the upper and lower surfaces, respectively, of the first resin member; and a second resin member which wraps around and packages the first resin member in which the pair of electrode connection members are laminated. The first resin member, which accommodates and fixes the battery cells with a urethane-based resin of a grade V2 flame retardant, is formed to prevent ignition of the battery cells while achieving mechanical strength, and the first resin member, in which the battery cells are accommodated, is wrapped with a silicone resin of a grade V0 flame retardant to protect (make waterproof and flame retardant) the battery cells from external contaminants such as moisture and external fire.
