Abstract:
Disclosed is a fire-resistant piping material having excellent fireproof performance, has good physical properties, can be colored and exhibits excellent recyclability.
The fire-resistant piping material is made using a flame-retardant resin composition comprising a polyvinyl chloride resin, at least one selected from a group consisting of Ca-Zn heat stabilizer, Mg-Zn heat stabilizer and Ca-Mg-Zn heat stabilizer, and a synthetic hydrotalcite compound. Preferably, the composition contains synthetic hydrotalcite compound within the range of 2 to 12 parts by mass and at least one selected from a group consisting of Ca-Zn heat stabilizer, Mg-Zn heat stabilizer and Ca-Mg-Zn heat stabilizer within the range of 0.4 to 2.5 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of polyvinyl chloride resin.
