Title:
FIRE-RESISTANT STRUCTURAL BODY SUPPORTING METAL BAR FOR PROTECTION OF WATER PIPE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2001/046621
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A fire-resistant structural body supporting metal bar for protection of water pipe, capable of providing a supporting metal bar for water pipe, and allowing a stud welding to be performed easily and surely without losing the function of the supporting metal bar by being projected from a rib surface on a water pipe assembly side through a weld part in the direction perpendicular to the rib surface, and by having a fire resistant block engaging part at the tip part thereof, wherein the welding surface side of the supporting metal bar in contact with the rib surface is narrowed, deoxidation conductive materials are installed, at points, on the narrowed welding surface and, when the supporting metal bar is a vertical piece extending at a constant width in the direction perpendicular to the rib surface, the upper end surface of the vertical piece is formed so that the welding part base side forms a horizontal plane and the welding part tip side forms an upwardly inclined surface and, when the supporting metal bar comprises a fire-resistant block engaging piece extending upward from the tip side upper surface of the vertical piece, the metal bar is formed in a structure where the fitting of the vertical piece with the engaging piece is assured through recess and projection or in a heat-resistant SUS cast structure with low carbon content.
