Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to provide a fire-resistant wood member, the cross-section of which can be made smaller. Provided is a fire-resistant wood member 100 comprising a core 10 made from wood material to support a load, wherein the cross-section of the core 10 is a polygonal shape, a corner 14 of the polygonal shape is chamfered, and the chamfer dimension is in the range of 10 to 50 mm.
