Abstract:
The present invention relates to a firefighter's hand axe. More specifically, the present invention enables a quick and safe escape by means of a hand axe being carried and without requiring any separate apparatus when an escape path is obstructed due to flame and the like or a firefighter is stranded in a particular space (e.g. a rooftop) when entering a building and suppressing fire during firefighting. More particularly, the present invention relates to a firefighter's hand axe which enables easy installation and quick escape in case of an emergency by means of connecting a carabiner connected to a rope, having a hand axe stably supported to a parapet wall by means of a support tool comprised in the hand axe, and then quickly escaping using the rope. Therefore, the present invention can enhance reliability and competitiveness in the field of firefighting and firefighting apparatuses and, particularly of personal apparatuses carried by firefighters, as well as similar and related fields.
