Abstract:
A fireproof sound-insulation solid wood composite door, comprising a door body (1). Fixing blocks (17) are fixedly mounted on upper and lower side surfaces inside the door body (1), a first fixing groove (20), a sixth fixing groove (25), two second fixing grooves (21), two third fixing grooves (22) and two fourth fixing grooves (23) are respectively provided on the left and right sides of each fixing block (17), and a fifth fixing groove (24) is provided on the middle portion. A first fireproof gypsum board (8) and a second fireproof gypsum board (18) are respectively mounted inside the first fixing groove (20) and the sixth fixing groove (25), and a first flame-retardant sound-insulation cotton (9) and a second flame-retardant sound-insulation cotton (19) are fixedly mounted on left and right side surfaces of the first fireproof gypsum board (8) and the second fireproof gypsum board (18) respectively. A first calcium silicate fiber board (10) and a second calcium silicate fiber board (16) are mounted inside the two second fixing grooves (21), a first magnesium gel plate (11) and a second magnesium gel plate (15) are mounted inside the two third fixing grooves (22), a first glass fiber plate (12) and a second glass fiber plate (14) are mounted inside the two fourth fixing grooves (23), and a sound-insulation board (13) is mounted inside the fifth fixing groove (24). The composite door has good sound insulation and fireproof effects, and has a simple overall structure and high strength.
