Title:
FIRING JIG AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING FIRING JIG
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/199099
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a firing jig which includes a base part with high thermal impact resistance and has improved adhesion between the base part and a film part and in which the film part is inhibited from peeling from the base part. In order to solve such problem, the firing jig (1) according to an embodiment comprises a base part (21), a film part (22) composed of two or more layers, and a boundary part (23). The base part (21) has a placement surface (21a) over which a work to be fired (30) is to be placed, and comprises at least silicon. The film part (22) composed of two or more layers covers the placement surface (21a) of the base part (21) and comprises an oxide-based ceramic. The boundary part (23) has been formed between the base part (21) and the film part (22) and comprises a composite oxide containing silicon.
