Abstract:
A firmly combined comb, comprising a comb frame body (1) and a plurality of comb teeth (2). The comb teeth (2) are inserted in and adhered to the comb frame body (1) by means of a tenon and mortise joint structure; the comb frame body (1) is separately provided with insertion tenon grooves (113) for insertion of the comb teeth (2); each of the insertion tenon grooves (113) comprises an outer insertion groove (1131) and an inner insertion groove (1132) formed in the inner bottom surface of the outer insertion groove (1131); the ends of the comb teeth (2) inserted into the comb frame body (1) are insertion ends (21); each of the insertion ends (21) comprises an insertion section (211) correspondingly inserted into the outer insertion groove (1131) and a tenon (212) correspondingly inserted into the inner insertion groove (1132) and provided at the outer end of the insertion section (211) in a protruding mode; and the inner insertion groove (1132) and the outer insertion groove (1131) as well as the insertion section (211) and the tenon (212) form corresponding step structures. The comb is formed by combined insertion, which is beneficial to material selection and application; and the insertion tenon grooves (113) as well as the tenons (212) and the insertion sections (211) of the comb are of insertion structures having the corresponding step structures, such that the connection firmness can be improved, surface smoothing treatment of insertion parts is facilitated, and the appearance is more attractive.
