Abstract:

Provided is low-cost technology that, as an alternative to a blockchain, enables the maintenance of accumulated data.　A user terminal 100-1 encrypts target data (S804), and sends the same to a user terminal 100-2 (S805). The user terminal 100-2 receives the same (S901), and further encrypts the encrypted target data (S902). The user terminal 100-2 records the double-encrypted target data (S903), and transmits the same to the user terminal 100-1 (S904). The user terminal 100-1 receives the same (S806), and records the double-encrypted target data (S807).
