Abstract:
A kind of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis Fe-based catalyst, process of preparation and application thereof are provided. The catalyst comprises Fe, oxide of ⅠB group metal Cu and/or Ag as reducing promoter, ⅠA group metal Li, Na, K or Rb as electron promoter, Ⅷ group noble metal Ru, Rh, Pd or Pt as hydrogenation promoter and structure promoter SiO2. The process of preparation comprises the following steps: preparing solution of iron salt, coprecipitating rapidly with alkali compound, washing, pulping again, adding solution of reducing promoter ⅠB group metal salt, solution of ⅠA group metal salt and silicon sol, or adding solution of reducing promoter ⅠB group metal salt and silicate of ⅠA group metal, then spray-drying molding, impregnating in the solution of Ⅷ group noble metal salt, drying, sintering and obtaining the catalyst. The catalyst is fit for producing hydrocarbon through the process of low temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. The process has high yield of heavy hydrocarbon. The selectivity to methane is very low and the selectivity to olefin is reduced significantly.
