Abstract:
A fish baking device comprising a main body mechanism (10), a heating mechanism (20), and a turning mechanism (30). The main body mechanism (10) comprises a base (11) and a cover (12) connected by a rotation shaft (13). The heating mechanism (20) comprises a lower heating pipe (21) and an upper heating pipe (22). The turning mechanism (30) comprises a frame (31), machine boards (32) disposed on the frame at the two wider sides, a machine support (33), and multiple gear shafts (34) disposed on the machine boards (32). Disposed on the connection shafts (341) that correspond to the multiple gear shafts (34) on the machine support (33) are openings (331) that accommodate the insertion of skewers (35). The fish baking machine meets environmental protection standards, and the food baked using the baking machine is aromatic, crispy, and evenly baked.
