Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fish cutting apparatus and, more specifically, to a fish cutting apparatus formed so as to enable fish to be simply cut, during grilling of the fish, by rotary blades without manual cutting. The fish cutting apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a base frame; a sliding rail provided at the base frame; a fish transferring part provided so as to reciprocate on the sliding rail; a fish cutting part coupled to the base frame so as to enable the fish placed on the fish transferring part to be cut; and a power supply part for supplying power to the fish cutting part, wherein the fish transferring part includes: a transferring frame having a handle at one side thereof; and a fish supporting plate attachably/detachably provided at the transferring frame, and the fish cutting part includes: a rotary shaft rotating by receiving the power from the power supply part; the plurality of rotary blades provided so as to be spaced apart along the rotary shaft; and a plurality of blade gap maintaining members provided between the rotary blades.
