Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fish farm screw-type feed supply unit, which uses a transfer screw of a screw feeder so as to supply, to an aquaculture water tank along a screw casing, feed put into the screw feeder through a feed hopper from a feed silo and, more specifically, to a fish farm screw-type feed supply unit, which: has a blocking plate, that protrudes a predetermined length downward, at the upper portion of the inner peripheral surface of the screw casing corresponding to a space right before the feed hopper; increases the screw pitch of the front transfer screw, which is positioned along the screw casing at the front of the feed hopper, to be greater than the screw pitch of the rear transfer screw positioned below the feed hopper; gradually increases the pitch of the front transfer screw in the longitudinal direction of the screw casing; or increases the inner diameter of the remaining portion of the screw casing, that excludes the portion thereof corresponding to the space right before the feed hopper, to be larger than the diameter of a screw blade of the transfer screw, so as to enable the feed supplied through the screw casing from the feed hopper of the feed silo by means of the axial rotation of the transfer screw to be smoothly pushed out by means of the transfer screw without being excessively compressed between the transfer screw and the screw casing, and thus the present invention can prevent the phenomenon in which feed particles are crushed by the excessive compressing force of the transfer screw so that the feed cannot properly function, and the overload of a screw motor and the breakdown or malfunction of the screw feeder according to the compression of the feed.
