Abstract:
The utility model relates to the technical field of fitness equipment, and provides a fitness device fit around the leg to perform pommel horse rotation exercise on flat ground. The device comprises an inner ring and an outer ring, the inner ring is disposed in the outer ring, and the outer ring can freely rotate around the inner ring. 1 or 2 leg sleeve holes are provided inside the inner ring. Compared with the prior art, the device has less requirements for strength and movement coordination, and people in all age groups can participate in this exercise. The device occupies small area, and each family can have same; the device has no security risks; no matter the legs of an exerciser are closed together or opened, the exerciser can perform quick suspension and rotation exercise with the hands supported; the use of an exercise monitoring device in combination with a display screen allows a user to learn about data such as the number of turns the user have rotated and energy consumption in real time.
