Provided are: a fitting connector that suppresses wrinkling during bag manufacturing and can meet the requirements for being made a mono-material; and a bag body with the fitting connector. A fitting connector (1) comprises a male-side fitting member (10) provided with a male-side fitting section (12) disposed in a longitudinal direction on a surface (11a) of a band-shaped first substrate (11), and a female-side fitting member (20) provided with a female-side fitting section (22) disposed in the longitudinal direction on a surface (21a) of a band-shaped second substrate (21), the male-side fitting section (12) and the female-side fitting section (22) detachably fitting together, wherein: the first substrate (11) and the second substrate (21) each comprise a main layer, a seal layer disposed on the side of the main layer opposite from the male-side fitting section (12) or the female-side fitting section (22), and an intermediate layer that is disposed between the main layer and the seal layer; and both the first substrate (11) and the second substrate (21) are formed from a polyethylene-based resin obtained by polymerizing a monomer that includes ethylene, and have rigidity, determined using the necessary measurement method, of 5–30 N/mm.
