Abstract:
A fitting device and a fitting method for a special-shaped curved surface cover plate (200) and a flexible screen (100). The fitting device comprises: a support body (310), used for supporting the flexible screen (100); and a fitting body (320), used for supporting the flexible screen (100) together with the support body (310) and press fitting the flexible screen (100). The fitting body (320) is a cylindrical shape, and the cross-sectional shape of the fitting body (320) in the axial direction matches that of the special-shaped curved-surface cover plate (200); the support body (310) is positioned at one end of the fitting body (320) in the radial direction, wherein the fitting body (320) may expand in the axial direction so that the two sides of the fitting body (320) are in contact with an arc hook area (220) of the special-shaped curved-surface cover plate (200); and the support body (310), while moving along the radial direction of the fitting body (320), drives the fitting body (320) to move so as to press fit the flexible screen (100); the fitting body (320) and the support body (310) together support the flexible screen (100), and after the fitting body (320) is expanded in the axial direction, the two sides of the fitting body (320) may be brought into contact with the arc hook area (220) so as to complete end fitting. The support body (310), while moving along the radial direction of the fitting body (320), drives the fitting body (320) to move so as to press fit the flexible screen (100), thereby further improving the bonding effect.
