Abstract:
A fitting (100) for a gas filling container, the fitting (100) being provided with: a main body (1) provided closer to a container base valve for switching between shutoff and supply of the gas with which the gas filling container is filled; a plug (2) connected to a piping (3) for guiding to the exterior the gas with which the gas filling container is filled; a cap member (4) for pressing the plug against the main body, the cap member being fastened to the outer periphery of the main body; and a gasket (5) compressed and interposed between the main body and the plug by the fastening force of the cap member; a gas flow path (7) provided to the main body and a gas flow path (8) provided to the plug being connected in a sealed manner by the gasket. The gasket is provided with a seal ring (51) made of metal compressed between the main body and the plug, and a housing (52) enclosing the outer periphery of the seal ring, the housing being provided integrally with the seal ring.
